Q: I'm a moderate skier who can ski blues easily and okay at moguls. I do both groomed and ungroomed snow and love to ski through trees. I'm 5' 9" and 160 pounds. Which skis should I get?

A: Unless you are racing you do not want a racing ski. They aren't very versatile for skiing ungroomed trails and trees. Of the list you are looking at, I would probably suggest the K2 Rictor. It is a great ski that blends performance and easy maneuverability.
IF you want to go fast and carve really nice turns you probably want an alpine or racing type ski, like Volkl racetigers. If you are looking into getting in the terrain park you want a twin tip. They are getting very popular here. But, I have a twin tip that I use all around the mountain, in the park, in the trees, packed runs, and even in the backyard.

Q: I have a pair of 2007 Womens Elan GSX fusion pro skis with attached bindings. I used them for one season... about 12 weeks 2 times a week, and when they were not used they were kept in a ski bag wrapped in towels so there is no rust on the edges. There are no nicks or scratches
A: I looked it up. between 475 and 575. They sound pretty good. Try selling them on Ebay and maybe you could get more.
